Our CMAS Badge Trainings

         Having certificate trainings that can be used in more than 130 countries in 5 continents belonging to the World Confederation of Underwater Activities (CMAS) within the body of TSSF;

TSSF CMAS 1 Star Diver Training:

Gained knowledge of the theoretical issues related to diving, Able to properly equip and remove all diving equipment, Able to dive and use them correctly underwater A diver who is ready to do open sea dives with at least three star diver or a diving instructor. A star diver's diving depth limit is a maximum of 18 metres. He can't dive at night.  Specialization Trainings You Can Take After CMAS 1 Star Diver Training​ First aid altitude diving

​TSSF CMAS 2 Star Diver Training:

A diver with open sea diving experience and a diver who can dive to a maximum depth of 30 meters with at least two star divers.

Those under the age of 18 can only dive up to 24 meters with a three star diver. It can dive to a maximum depth of 42 meters for training purposes accompanied by a diving instructor.

​TSSF CMAS 3 Star Diver Training:

​

  • He is a diver with the skills and experience to lead divers of all levels underwater. It is responsible for ensuring that the divers it leads can dive in accordance with the safe diving rules. He has received and applied the necessary training in underwater rescue and first aid. He is authorized to warn those who act illegally about diving when he is on duty and to prevent them from diving if necessary. He is primarily responsible for the safety of the divers he leads. It can dive to a maximum depth of 30 meters. It can dive up to 42 meters with a diving instructor and for training purposes.

Bronze Lifeguard Course ( Mayis Lifeguard Training Center TSSF Authorization Number: 052 )

Conditions of Participation in the Bronze Lifeguard Certificate Training and Detailed Information 

​​

  • Bronze Lifeguard Certificate Training is the beginning level of Lifeguard Training.

  • Anyone who wants to be a lifeguard at sea or to become an instructor must take this training.

  • Bronze Lifeguard Training is held for at least 3 days, for a total of 21 hours.

  • In order to participate in this training;

    • be at least 18 years old

    • good swimming knowledge

    • To be at least primary/primary school graduate

    • Being healthy and filling the health notification form that will be given at the beginning of the course

    • It is necessary to be successful in the pool skills that will be done at the beginning of the course.

   Bronze Lifeguard Training Contents

​​The trainings are divided into two as classroom and water studies.

​       In Classroom Studies;

  • Information about Turkish Underwater Sports Federation (TSSF) and International Life Saving Federation (ILS)

  • Lifeguard Station and Equipment

  • Lifeguard Flags

  • Anatomy, Bleeding, Wound Dressings

  • First aid

  • Victim Depositing and Transport Techniques

      In Water Studies;

  • Swimming Techniques

  • Victim Transport, Extraction Techniques and Practices

  • Struggling Techniques and Practices

  • Trainings are provided on Equipment Usage.​

Where Can We Work With Bronze Lifeguard Certificate?

Trainees who are successful at the end of the training receive a Bronze Lifeguard Certificate; It can work in hotel pools, sports facility pools, aqua parks and similar pools.

Silver Lifeguard Course ( Mayis Lifeguard Training Center TSSF Authorization Number: 052 )


Conditions of Participation in Silver Lifeguard Certificate Training and Detailed Information​

Silver Lifeguard Training is the second level of Lifeguard Training. Silver Lifeguard Training is held for at least 3 days, for a total of 21 hours. In case of continuing the Bronze Lifeguard training, Bronze + Silver Lifeguard Training can be done for at least 5 days and 35 hours.

  • In order to participate in this training;

  • ​Having a Bronze Lifeguard Certificate,

  • be at least 18 years old,

  • Good knowledge of swimming

  • To be at least primary/primary school graduate

  • Being healthy and filling the health notification form that will be given at the beginning of the course, 

  • It is necessary to be successful in the water skills that will be done at the beginning of the course.

  Silver Lifeguard Course Contents​

     The trainings are divided into two as classroom and water studies.

​

    In Classroom Studies;

  • Bronze Lifeguard Training Repeat

  • Lifeguard Station and Equipment at Sea

  • Pressure Volume Relationships 

  • Injuries and First Aid

    In Water Studies;

Swimming Techniques in the Sea

Maritime Casualty Transport, Extraction Techniques and Practices

Use of Rescue Equipment at Sea

Trainings are given on Diving Techniques.​

Where Can We Work With Silver Lifeguard Certificate?
​​

With the Silver Lifeguard Certificate, the trainees who are successful at the end of the training can work in hotel pools, sports facility pools, aqua parks and similar pools (as the Silver Lifeguard Certificate includes the Bronze Lifeguard Certificate) and also on the shores of sea, lake, natural and artificial inland waters.
